It seems like all these really cool projects start months and months before they actually get launched. I get a phone call about a feature I can’t talk about, I get an offer on something that may or may not happen but it has to be a secret, I get a phone call from 2 very, very talented dudes who say, “Hey, why don’t the three of us _____________ next year and set the wedding world on fire”.
I can’t keep secrets! (but I do place random white text lines in blogs about wedding photography in Halifax as well as boudoir.)
I’ve been working on something very rad since last October and its’ finally going to happen this week. Something different. It’s probably as much fun for me as it will be for my clients and I’m looking forward to learning & creating on a whole new level and collaborating with a very talented friend of mine.
In the meantime, here’s a few images fron Annie + Trevor’s wedding on New Year’s eve. I’m so bad at trying to decide which images end up online. I see all these ‘Best of Weddings 2009’ slideshows from other wedding photographers and I get anxiety just thinking about trying to pick out 3-5 of my favorite images from each wedding. Marcia and I always play ‘what would your last meal be’…you know, if you were a convict. I always lose because I can’t come up with the main course. So I’d love to tell you I’ll do a Best of Weddings slideshow but it would take me years and high doses of benzos.
