it’s wedding eve, the gears all back to a complete set and i’m going to unleash photographic fury tomorrow.
i’m going to use an umbrella to protect the rain from me.
i’ve shot 11 weddings in the rain so far this year and they were all nothing short of awesome. it just brings people closer together in tents, under umbrellas, tarps, purses, ponchos, trays, jackets, hands or my personal favorite of 2009…the scrunch & run.
you know the scrunch and run…you look up, hold out your hand to confirm its raining, scrunch up your face, pull up your shoulders and tuck in your neck and boot it for shelter.
you just don’t get photos like that on a sunny day.

as always, amazing photos. I can’t believe you shot 11 weddings in rain this year…insane. but I love your attitude about it. So true. Like I said from your first umbrella shoot…always use that photo because if you can take amazing shots in the rain, everyone will want ya! and they do. xo
